One hundred and fourteen competitors gathered in Everett, Washington, USA, across November 10 and 11, 2023, creating a packed schedule of high-stakes solves at Hope Community Church. Over the course of 20 rounds spanning 10 distinct events, domestic solvers established overwhelming control of the leaderboards. United States competitors claimed 29 of the 30 available podium positions across the weekend, leaving only a single top-three spot to visiting international talent. From high-speed sprints to intricate rotational puzzles, the regional gathering showcased elite mastery across every discipline on the schedule.
The premier 3x3x3 Cube contest stood at the center of the cubing competition, drawing an impressive field of 102 entrants across four intense rounds. Sameer Aggarwal led the pack with exceptional consistency, taking first place with a winning average of 6.22 seconds and a best single time of 5.78 seconds. Max Siauw secured the runner-up position with a 6.64 average, while Asher Kim-Magierek finished third with a 7.14 mark to finalize the all-American sweep. The sharp 3x3 results demonstrated the incredible standard at the top of the bracket for the classic Rubik's Cube event.
Sameer Aggarwal proved to be the most prolific competitor of the weekend, securing victories across four separate events. In addition to his 3x3x3 triumph, Aggarwal captured top honors in Pyraminx with an average of 2.80 seconds, finishing ahead of Ash Black at 3.20 and Mihir A. Rai at 3.71.
