Across three rounds of top-tier speedcubing, von Schantz set the benchmark with a weekend-best single of 6.45 seconds to claim the top step. Held at the Oulun kansainvälinen koulu in Oulu, Finland from March 15 to March 16, the cubing competition brought together 26 competitors across 27 rounds of action. Regional rivalries were on full display throughout the 2025 gathering as seasoned Finnish solvers and international challengers traded victories in an uncompromising contest for podium places. Finland claimed 32 of the available 33 podium spots, while India collected one podium finish courtesy of Advaith Ajith Kutty in the big cubes.

The multi-puzzle supremacy battle belonged emphatically to Luukas Lempinen, who piled up five individual victories over the two-day schedule. Lempinen captured the 4x4x4 Cube crown with a 33.42 average, fending off Antto Pitkänen at 35.65 and Kutty at 36.33. Lempinen then secured the 5x5x5 Cube title with a 55.38 average, leaving Arttu Puttonen in second place at 1:06.89 and Leo Alanen in third at 1:10.91, proving unstoppable whenever the puzzle size increased.

Lempinen extended his mastery across the specialty events at Oulu 2025 by taking top honors in Clock with a 5.02 average in a razor-thin final round over Pitkänen at 5.09 and Alanen at 5.12.

3x3x3 Blindfolded -kilpailussa 12 osallistujan joukosta voittajaksi nousi Olli Vikstedt, jonka nopein yksittäinen sokkoratkaisu kellotti hienon ajan 50.68.
